(More customer reviews)I love the bike but.......not having put alot of bikes together it was extremely hard to assemble and the directions were not easy to follow. I called Nirve once and they only have one tech rep and he was out of the office that afternoon and no one else could help me. We finally figured it out and I am out cruising the streets. The buike is built very well. I love my bike.
