(More customer reviews)I love this scooter. We prepared our 3 y o by telling her to let it fall rather than fall with in the event she lost her balance. But it does not topple. It's lower to the ground than others, and has 4 wheels. The wheels are not as free spinning as i thought they would be, but that's okay, since it won't go too fast for her on our incline, and she gets great exercise propelling it. It is easy to unfold, and i love the telescoping handle bars. We were totally unprepared for the flashing lights as the wheels turned. It was a pleasant surprise. We turned the lights out in the playroom so she could see them, but the wheels don't turn as freely or quickly enough when she is riding. We have great fun spinning them with our hands. I think i am gonna get one for my niece. It was quite an affordable product, and well built.
