This was the best present my daughter received for Christmas- sturdy and looks good and rides wonderful. She's a bit big for a 9 year old so I bought this one with no regrets and I can ride it too. Worth the extra vs. the others!

The Razor A kick scooter was one of the most talked-about, in-demand, and best-selling items of 2000, winning the prestigious Toy of the Year award from the Toy Industry Association. Not only did the scooters catch on quickly, they also became an integral part of American culture, evolving alongside bikes and skateboards into a classic mode of transportation for kids and teens alike. Now you can pay tribute to the classic Razor A with this 10th anniversary edition scooter, which appeals to everyone from hip city dwellers to celebrities to kids. The 10th anniversary model is made from 100-percent, heat-treated, aircraft-grade aluminum, with a TIG-welded T-tube and deck that makes the scooter stronger and more durable than ever before. As a result, it can support riders of all ages and sizes. The scooter also features the Razor A's 98mm deep urethane wheels and ABEC-5 bearings, but adds all-new 14-spoke hubs. And riders will love Razor's patented folding system, which lets you easily stow the scooter inside a bag or carry it at your side. Also equipped with a patented rear fender brake, the 10th anniversary Razor A is recommended for ages 5 and older and supports riders up to 220 pounds.
