(More customer reviews)I ordered a part that was listed as the replacement part needed for the E100 Razor Scooter, but when it arrived it was not the correct part. When I ordered this part I actually trusted that this would be the part needed. Once I received the part I took apart the scooter and discovered the single battery should have been a dual battery with buit-in wires (sealed wires). When I contacted the company for a refund, I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping. The return shipping would cost more then the part itself and I had already paid that amount in the beginning... I would have actually spent about 3 times what the cost should have been, so needless to say that cost would not be very wise. Like I explained, that was the part the company SAID I needed form the scooter. During conversations I was told that was the "exact" part that I had ordered and they would not pay for my return shipping. My last contact from them stated, "I am very unfamiliar with the harnesses, it is something that we have never sold before. The only ones I have seen they are clipped on. Let me know what you deceide to do." The only option they ever gave me was to pay for the return shipping or order a second one at half price. Thanks but no thanks... My wife found the CORRECT part at another company and it was listed correctly...
