Doesn't go as well uphill, or even a small incline, without manual pushes on the ground with your foot, but otherwise you can get it to roll around with both feet up, simply by swaying your body from side to side. It is an excellent design. I absolutely love it and so do my kids. Gets them out from behind the video games for a while.
