(More customer reviews)The idea of this wagon is excellent, and my son loves to sit in it to be pulled around. However, there are many design flaws such as no predrill holes so the pieces would actually fit, the side attachments are not secured and actually came off during a trial run, the seat belt that does not quite reach the circumference of a child to be functional, and some screws were not long enough to be capped at the ends. Although we can fixed some flaws by drilling holes and buying longer screws and we entertained that thought after assembling it 3/4 way, but it just wasn't worth the effort for the money we paid. We returned the wagon partly assembled to show the manager of the retail store that it was not possible to assembled the wagon according to the manufacture's instructions.

(More customer reviews)This wagon would be great if the front wheels didn't buckle in! Too bad. It really is a waste of an otherwise very good product. It is supposed to be designed for two toddlers, but the weight of them causes the front wheels to buckle inward, especially when turning. The wagon still rolls and works, but drags and is annoying and also troubling to look at -- especially when it's brand new! Moreover, turning the wagon - particularly with two toddlers -- requires you to drag it in the direction you want to go; the wheels do not turn easily. Look closely at the front of the wagon in the picture and you'll see what I mean; (like other wagons) the handle is not connected to any rotating mechanism under the wagon along with the wheels, but rather it is connected directly and stiffly to the wagon itself. Along these lines, the picture with the father sitting in the wagon is misleading because it implies the wagon can handle a decent amount of weight, which, as I've described above, it cannot.

Pacific Cycle Roadmaster 34" Steel Wagon Review

(More customer reviews)I just purchased 3 wagons for my kids' school a week ago and the handle on one of them is already broken. On the 3rd week of use the handle on another one broke. The handles are made out of plastic which are not as resistant as metal. They don't seem to be made well. They're not child resistant, so how good is that.
