(More customer reviews)amozon is great, but buy a different scooter from them, stay away from any e-wheels product you will get no help after purchase from them. it took oner 2 weeks for them to get back to me about my new scooter that came with bad batterys they were rude and there warranty is a joke,you have to pay locally to have part checked and pay for shipping to send and recieve new part thats if you can get hold of the at all keep shopping with amozon but dont buy the ew-500, ew-550 or the ew-600 you will be sorry
