(More customer reviews)The two stars I gave this product belong to customer service. The manufacturing was definitely shoddy. Before assembling the bike, it was evident that a few pieces would need to be replaced. The basket was warped; the tassel on one side was no longer attached and couldn't be easily reattached; and the top of the bell was missing. The directions were fairly understandable. Customer service was very willing to send replacement parts, but the finished product now looks quite different from the original picture, and we still haven't determined how to reattach the defective tassel or even a replacement. I am glad this is a bike she will quickly outgrow.
