(More customer reviews)Bought the scooter for my 12 year old son. Although the scooter is rated for 15 mph, it will only go 5 mph with my 100 lb son on it. The handle bars are connected with a single pop out button creating a very loose fit. The on/off switch can not be tightened and slides around the handle bar freely. The manufacture wants us to send the batteries back at out cost to see if one is defective. If the battery is not defective, we will have to send the rest of the bike back at our cost so they can see if anything is defective. After purchase customer support is only available via email and generally takes 24 hours to respond. They have refused to take the scooter back so we are fighting the charge through our credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
